Eptagon Group seeks to recruit an experienced legal advisor.

We are looking for a Legal Advisor to join our team. Our company is multi-faceted with transactions based locally and internationally. Our head office is based in Aradippou Larnaca and we are seeking to recruit an experienced lawyer with a minimum of 5 years experience to assist in the legal affairs of the business.

Main Duties listed below but not limited to :

Conducting legal analysis and researching on legal matters.
Providing advice on legal matters.
Drafting legal contracts, opinions etc.
Reviewing legal material.
Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
Advise whether all the proceedings of the organization are in compliance with the requirements of the legislation.
Briefing external lawyers and assist in preparing court documentation.
Must be up to date with all the legal laws and should be able to apply them in any given situation.

Qualities of Ideal Candidate:

To hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law.
To have a minimum of 5 years experience.
Knowledge of Company law, Business Law, Contract Law , Sale of Goods Law is imperative, however, this does not derogate from understanding other aspects of law.
To have a very good command of the English and Greek language orally.
Drafting skills in both languages (English and Greek) must be exemplary.
Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Should have good time management skills and self-discipline.
Must adopt a flexible approach to work.
Ability to maintain teamwork with colleagues and good working relations with service providers, external legal advisors and government bodies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to take good decisions based on judgment are absolutely essential.
